Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with HEI-LEI CREATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. We believe in helping our customers and want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our returns and refunds process.
Return Eligibility Duration
Our return and refund policy lasts 1-2 days from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your request must be made within this period. Unfortunately, we cannot accept return requests made after 2 days.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Perishable goods such as flowers, eatables, and other consumables.
- Items that are intimate or sanitary goods, for health and hygiene reasons.
- Any product that has been used or damaged after delivery.
Additional Non-returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products or digital content.
- Items with a warranty that must be handled directly by the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds or Rejections
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted or where returns may be rejected:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or shows signs of use for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 2 days after delivery.
- We cannot process cancellations for orders that have already been communicated to our vendors and have initiated the shipping process.
Refunds (if approved)
Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days, please:
- First, check your bank account or card statement again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at {email address}.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange an item for this reason, please contact our Customer Service team within 1-2 days of receipt.
In Case of Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, or if you feel the product is not as described, you must report it to our Customer Service team within 1-2 days of receipt. Please do not send the purchase back to the manufacturer.
The request will be entertained once our team has checked and determined the issue. For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer the issue to them directly.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail it to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for expensive items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
